Jamshed Kenneth Storer

  • Urs date: October 8, 2010

As I worked with Jamshed for over 25 years, I have experienced his glowing light and open heart. He illuminated the path of mystical realization with his ability to love unconditionally. His boundless capacity to accept all beings exactly as they are, gave his existence a joyful aura that lit every heart he contacted. His devotion to the Message of Hazrat Inayat Khan was true and real and he was the best friend to all.

May his journey home be filled with the glory of his most exalted being.

Ever loving, ever wise, friend of the heart, farewell,

In devotion,
Rabia

A memory of Jamshed which stays with me, was the feeling at the end of a dance at Breitenbush which he led. There were only eight of us, years ago, dancing in a small dome or yurt. He led us to such a lovely state, that it stands out in memory as the best dance event I ever attended, even compared to all the large camps with hundreds of us.
Insh’allah he’s in that state now! Happy travels in the heart of the Beloved, Jamshed, thanks for your presence, and Ya Salaam!
With love and gratitude, Haqiqa Nuri

I was blessed to know Jamshed and call him my Uncle since 2002, when I met him while living in the community at Breitenbush Hot Springs. He brought light into my life and continues to do so. I wish him all the best in his travels onward.

    With love and gratitude,
    Danette

Jamshed was and is a dear spiritual friend of mine. He brought me to this path, a gift for which I will always be grateful. He taught me in the truest way: by example, not words. Through vulnerability, not pretense. In subtle changes visible over time, not rushed or hurried acts.
Much love to you, always, Jamshed. You were fun to play with.
    Yusuf

    Ya Salaams,
What a sweet and deep presence! His hugs and kisses on the cheek were a steady presence at NW Sufi camp for so many years. How blessed to have traveled with him in Men’s circles and large Dance circles for years.

    Many blessings,
    Hafiz

I also knew Jamshed at Breitenbush, serving together in
Healing Arts, sharing morning circle and the Dances. He often Invited me to lead Ave Maria, saying “you have a deep understanding of Mary!”
He was one of my Reiki students (2ND Degree and Mastery), and from the beginning, invited me to pay attention, and know when I was offering a teaching from Reiki, and when It came from Nadya! Our fathers transitioned within a year of each other, and we offered heartfelt support.
    blessings on the journey, Jamshed
    love
    Nadya
