For so many years Poul has been a steadfast friend on our journey together towards Beauty. His wry sense of humour always managed to bring light into life and his loving manner
brought warmth to our hearts. He had a special way of seeing the Beauty on earth and reflecting it in his manner and his watercolors. May Peace and God’s Glory be your eternal resting place!
A Memory of Poul Ove Pedersen.
The way Poul died was in complete accordance with some of his positive qualities, such as full acceptance of how things were in life, a humility and gratefulness for all that life had given him. Thus he felt no fear, only completion and confidence in what was to come, whatever it was. His only wish was to die in the presence of his wife, Nini Leick, and so he did, in his home. To those of us who were present during his last week, Poul serves as a model for dying in dignity and serenity.
