I met Melody through DUP when she was visiting Australia where I was living in the late 1990s. Melody agreed to climb to the top of the “Three Sisters” in the Blue Mountains and abseil down some 300 meters in 3 segments with my friend Denise and I. She had no experience, just an immense amount of bravery, trust and faith. It was tricky, scary and so much fun (and now illegal though it wasn’t then).
